Terms & Conditions

Last updated: July 2026

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you (“the Client”) and The Paddock Group (“we,” “us,” or “our”) concerning your access to and use of our educational consultancy services. By booking a consultation or engaging in our mentorship programmes, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

2. Our Services

The Paddock Group provides academic mentorship, personal statement guidance, admissions test preparation, and mock interview practice. Our services are designed to enhance a candidate's application profile and preparation. We do not guarantee admission to the University of Cambridge, the University of Oxford, or any other institution. All admissions decisions are made solely by the university and are final. We act in an advisory and editorial capacity only; candidates remain solely responsible for the authenticity and authorship of all materials submitted to institutions.

3. Payment and Fees

Services must be paid for in advance of the scheduled session or programme phase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. All fees are clearly outlined during the enquiry process. Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect bookings already confirmed and paid for.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We operate a strict 48-hour notice policy for all cancellations or reschedules. If a session is cancelled or the Client fails to attend within 48 hours of the scheduled time, the full fee for that session will be forfeited. In the unlikely event that we must reschedule a session, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer a priority alternative time slot.

5. Intellectual Property

The "Admissions Blueprint," all associated pedagogical materials, proprietary frameworks, interview banks, and strategies provided by The Paddock Group are protected by copyright. These materials are for the exclusive use of the individual Client and may not be reproduced, distributed, shared, or recorded without express written consent.

6. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Any academic documents, transcripts, personal statements, or sensitive information shared with us are treated as strictly confidential and used solely for the purpose of mentorship and application strategy. Information will not be sold or shared with third parties, except as required by law.

7. Code of Conduct

The Paddock Group is committed to a professional and respectful environment. We reserve the right to terminate our engagement with any Client who exhibits abusive, disrespectful, or harassing behavior towards our team, or who provides knowingly false information regarding their academic history.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Paddock Group shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by you for those specific services.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
